A 30 day notice is required to cancel your event and receive 100% refund. 

In the unfortunate event that you cancel after the 30 days, there is no refund, but we do allow a raincheck! Depending on availability, we will assist with finding another perfect date for your event. 

In order to secure your event, 50% of the invoice is due immediately. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before your event. 

We understand when booking an event, we ask for multiple personal questions such as your name, email, phone number and the address of the event. We value the privacy of our customers. Please note that we will never sell your information to anyone. 

Michigan weather is never consistent, and we completely understand that. 

We reserve the right to cancel an event should there be a severe thunderstorm, or high winds overs 20mph that will affect our bounce houses and most importantly threaten our customers safety. 

During our winter months, we do not allow bounce houses to be used for outdoor use. However, we can set-up bounce houses indoors.
