Yes! Reach out to discuss a delivery fee and location. Please keep in mind the rising gas prices.

Yes, we can set-up at a public park. Please call the park to make sure they allow inflatables at their location.  

It is your responsibility to ensure that the park has electricity as all bounce houses need to be plugged to a power supply when being used. If there is no electricity, we do offer renting a generator. 

We preferably like to set-up our bounce houses on grass. However, we can also accommodate cement and asphalt. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow our bounce houses to be set-up on gravel , or any rocky surface. 

Immediately notify us of any damages to our rental equipment. Usually with bounce houses, we have the ability to patch small wear and tear spots. 

One of our team members will evaluate the damaged equipment and discuss replacement costs. 

Please be advised our contract does go into more detail.   

We prioritize our customers health and safety, when setting up bounce houses we will always sanitize the equipment. If we are not contracted to do set-up at your event please note, that before we release the bounce house to our customer we do clean it.
